Reiki enhances your body's natural ability to heal, reduces stress in the emotional, mental and spiritual bodies, and restores the nervous system back to balance, while crystal healing works on aligning energy fields and chakras, supporting a smoother flow of energy through the physical, mental, and emotional levels. Sound Healing removes blocks at a cellular and subconscious level. Clear and balance chakras through vibrational resonance with slow soft sequences using 7 highly tuned Crystal Singing Bowls.
Sound healing works by using carefully tuned frequencies and rhythms to interact with the body's cells, tissues, and fluids. When sound waves travel through the body, they induce healing vibrations that can influence cellular oscillations, fluid movement, and membrane permeability, supporting a shift toward rest and healing.
At the cellular level, resonance can aid in the alignment of cell signalling potentially reducing stress-related inflammation.
